"We love this hotel! The staff is always super kind, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our little ones love the giant pool (although the water is cold….even during the winter). We enjoy the hot tub, lap pool and sauna. The breakfast is great w/ lots of options (eggs, meat, biscuits, pancakes, bagels, yogurt, juices, coffee, etc). Very close to Erie (10 minute drive). We ordered pizza from the restaurant next door and it was pretty good. My only complaint is that my pillow was uncomfortable...

"I love staying there it’s convenient for a volleyball tournament. They’re very nice and accommodating and the breakfast and dinner always helps when we’re in a hurry getting to and from our tournaments especially one we’re exhausted and they have a little store to buy snacks if you’re hungry."

"I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful. "

"Cracks every where in the walls, the shower water gets extremely hot and cold on its on, the shelf in the shower was rusted. "
