"Beautiful old hotel with lots of charm! Beautifully decorated for Christmas and really enjoyed the local school choir that performed in the lobby on Friday the 20th. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room as quaint with a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. The hotel was a short walk from the outdoor Christmas market, skating rink and the Cultural District. The only comment for improvement would be the customer service of the staff in the coffee shop. The were fine, but not at the same level of friendliness and service of the other restaurants in the hotel."

"The Hilton sits right next to the Strip District in Pittsburgh. It’s an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, walking/running paths, and bridges to he North Shore where PNC park and Acrisure stadium are located. "

"Overall wonderful, will definitely come back, but was a bit disappointed with the breakfast; the eggs and potatoes sat out a bit long and got rubbery and the fruit was clearly frozen and then thawed as it had an odd sour taste and mushy texture. Other than that though, no complaints!"
