Pierre was awesome prior to and during check-in. Our room was clean and exactly what we needed with a beautiful view of the city and the river. Parking was easy to access and get in and out of. This was the perfect location for our college visit to Pitt. Should she choose to attend or if we return to Pittsburgh for any reason, we will stay here again.

The lady who drives the shuttle bus is amazing, very nice and friendly and gave us information about the city. Overall the staff was very nice. Pittsburgh is a welcoming city. The people are very friendly.
