Great location close to many walkable shops and restaurants. Or catching a game or event at PPG. Staff are fantastic and helpful. Restaurant onsite is helpful along with the Starbucks. Rooms are spacious, clean, convenient and quiet. Fantastic place to stay.

Overall not a bad hotel, but if I stay in Pittsburgh again I'll probably look at a different one. Stayed here because of seeing a concert across the street. Paid for convivence, and obviously a busy weekend in Pittsburgh because most hotel prices with raised. The hotel itself was nice. Staff seemed overwhelmed by how busy they were. The room was nice but peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, left a bad taste. Having a late checkout was super nice.

We attended a concert across the street from the hotel which was great. Using the elevator was a gorrible experience. The crowd was humongous and did not go well. With that being said..it was a big concert. Breakfast was amazing.

The hotel is a perfect location for events at PPG Arena which is what we were there for. Onsite parking was convenient but it was $30 per day. The area around the hotel is limited as far as dining options go. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again
