"It was very easy to navigate the hotel and casino. Staff was excellent! Room was nice but our bathroom smelled bad like a sewer, the tiles seemed loose in bathroom. Other than that it was fine."

"The Grand Sierra is a wonderful property but the air conditioning in our roomeither wasn’t working or didn’t work very well and we had no washcloths in our room, so my shower wasn’t as effective as I would have liked. "
