"My daughter and I were placed in a unit with a broken refrigerator. I notified the front desk and after notifying them a second time, maintenance came up to look at it. I was told the compressor went out and the owner of the unit needed to be contacted for it to be fixed. Our food went bad. No accommodations were made for us. The property itself is beautiful."

"Always a great stay at Cliffs! Plenty of space if traveling with kids, hot tub is always hot and big enough for several groups . We always stay when we have cheer competition at The Orleans, its about a 15 minute commute and worth it for the convenience of having a full kitchen and BBQ area to save money on eating out."

"This is a great property We have all the comforts of home. Just pick up a few groceries and your stay will be affordable. Quite easy to get in and out of. We will stay here again for sure.The only thing we did not like was a window that faced outside. So our room was a bit dark. "
