"David was an amazing host who communicated well and in advance of our arrival. The property was easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood with lots of places to visit in the area. The property was exactly like it was shown in the pictures. When we are in Vegas again we will definitely stay there!"

"I like how it was quiet and safe it was. Owner was very sweet and was very prompt with responses with all my questions my only complaint is the water was cold and wouldn't heat up while washing my hands other then that the place was pretty great! "

"We came in for a long weekend and wanted somewhere to stay off the strip but not too far. This fit the bill perfectly. We were close to the airport & other amenities such as Walmart, restaurants, etc. We did utilize the bedroom AC unit at night to sleep & did not hear planes overhead at all. The unit is a bit loud but that's my preference when I sleep white noise. The mattress was a bit firmer than we would have preferred so keep that in mind if you want a softer bed. "This is a nice quiet spot in a neighborhood east of the strip. Works well for a couple. We used it as home base as we visited Vegas for a few days and used rideshare apps to get to and from each day."

"The cottage was a bit smaller than what we envisioned, but our two teenaged grand daughters and us thoroughly enjoyed the property. Especially our welcoming hostess....Roxy!! The neighborhood was very nice and was located close to many amenities. Thumbs up for the vacation rental!"

"We enjoyed our stay as did our family in the area who visited. The house is very comfortable, close to the many activities that the Reno area has to offer. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and interesting artwork throughout the house."

"We had a great experience staying here. The kids enjoyed the pool, basketball and golf. The house was just as advertised. I liked that the access was gated and felt secure. Good easy location on a quiet street and had good access to attraction (10 minutes away) overall great experience and would recommend for anyone not wanting the chaos of the strip! "

"I was moving to Vegas with my partner, 3 dogs, and a cat, and needed to find a place to stay while looking for a home and going through escrow. This unit fit the bill. Although smaller in reality than I thought it was from the online description, it still served us perfectly. 2 beautiful bedrooms, a kitchen, small living room area, and a side yard space for the dogs to exercise. My only negative comment would be that the owner has 4 large Saint Bernards that will come charging at the gate that...

"Carpets need cleaned or replaced as they are stained and smell bad. Sofa has stains and dog hair so we used extra blankets to cover the couch to sit on it. Outside patio chairs are stained and dirty and the table wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Cobwebs in closet got on my suit. Kitchen is adequate but missing a lot of items. Whole place needs TLC. Items missing off their inventory list which the host acknowledged when asked and she was a very nice person and responsive. I...

"Property was excellent. A great deal more relaxing than the strip. We stay 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would consider the most disappointing part of the trip was Don’s Prime Steak restaurant. Extremely overpriced and not worth the $350 for two people dinner. The steaks were dry and overcooked, the lighting were dimmed, the service was decent at best. We even added crab (Oscar) to our steaks and it was imagination crab meat. What a joke. Thank goddess that meal didn’t ruin a great time. Plenty of shopping and other steakhouses on the strip that made the trip memorable. Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations. "

"The room is excellent clean and lots of space to move around. Hotel staff has a great smile meet my needs when they answer my question with a positive mind. The casino area is always clear and the staff were helpful with all your needs. Food court, gift shop, restaurants dinning valet parking services are great with helping hand with a great guest services. All the staff at the Orleans Hotel & casino I thank you for allowing me having a great time their. Like this place give them a Five Star with excellent all around. P.S. I'll stay here on my next trip"
