"Friendly staff. The man running the connected pizza place seemed annoyed that I only asked for a soda. Room was clean. Mini fridge and microwave. It’s a pretty basic hotel. The bus line is super convenient to downtown."

"Stayed in the extended stay portion of the hotel, very clean and upgraded. Had a full kitc hen, and living room, with sofa and table withbar stools. Queen beds that were clean, lots of pillows. Close enough to lake tahoe"

"I liked that it was pretty close to the place I was going. Enough parking. Friendly staff What I didn't like was the smell of smoke, even the clean sheets were smoky, dirty bathroom ceiling, trash behind bed. Light bulbs not working "

"The staff were reallt nice. I was a little bummed that they dont offer any kind of late check out. I was spending time with a relative from Sacramento and a late check out wouldve given us more time. The room itself was okay, you get whst you pay for. There wasnt a do not disturb placard for the door which turned out to not be needed since room service did not come to clean during out stay. (We did check in late around 11 so that may be why ) The rooms were a mixture of looking clean and dirty...

"Spacious rooms with small kitchenettes & clean bathrooms. Plenty of tv options. Smoking isn't allowed in the rooms but they have ashtrays and little seating outside for that convenience "

"I understand that the facility is being renovated... so some of the things that need repaired should be fixed. Like no drain stops in the sink and tub. Hopefully these and other little things will be fixed and spruced up... "
