" I stayed at your hotel Friday night and Saturday night. I had paid for the booking through Hotels. Com itinerary #73006825827818. I was checked in and when I looked at the room I asked if he could give me a different room.He did and he put me us room 135. The heat didn't work right it just ran until you shut it off so we either roasted or we're cold. The next morning I spoke with I believe that was his name and I told him this and he said that he would move us to a different room. He did this...

"Great facilities, friendly staff, great breakfast! If we need to stay in this area of Maine again this would be our family's first choice!"

"The carpets on the elevator floors were in very poor shape. Some of the hotel "wood" furniture was a bit sticky. Overall though it was a very enjoyable experience. The lobby was very nicely laid out and comfortable which was a very big plus. "

"Check in was super easy. Hotel is just out of town, so it is easy to find places to eat without traveling far. Comfortable night's sleep. You have to deal with a little road noise before falling asleep and as you awake, but nothing too bad. My only complaint was that the hot tub was not hot at all, 65 degrees."
