"The cottage was cute and well equipped. At first as we were driving there it seemed so far off the beaten path. As we ventured out the next day to Acadia National park we realized we weren’t that far away. It was about a 45 min drive. We do like to watch a little tv before bed; so, if you want a tv, there is no tv. We listened to our music. It was a little too cold to sit outside to do any star gazing. The view of the sunrise over Cadillac mountain was beautiful!"

"We stayed at this lovely little cabin for several days this summer. Immaculate and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Beautifully set up outdoor space with a wonderful hot tub to relax in after hiking.So close to kayaking and swimming on a beautiful lake, great hiking (Appalachian Trail is nearby) and the restaurants in town were fabulous. We enjoyed having our hiking dog with us. The host has paid close attention to every detail on this property. Would absolutely visit again! "

"We had a great time! Place was easy to get to and check in was easy. Place was very clean. The yard was awesome! Right on the water with amazing views. It was peaceful and relaxing! It was about a 25 min drive to Bar Harbor but if you are looking for some peace and relaxation this place is perfect! "

"Charming home, nicely decorated. Nice view of SW Harbor. Close to grocery store, restaurants, Acadia. If you cannot walk up a flight of stairs, you may want to contact the host, though. Great location. We took a ride on a lobster boat, went to Bar Harbor, went to Cadillac mountain, and drove the park loop. We really enjoyed the island and its beauty. "

"We love to support small farms when we travel and this was a convenient location in between our plans in Portland and Acadia. The cottage is at the top of the hill with panoramic views. We woke up to thick fog which blanketed the scenery in clouds and made for scenery which we don't often get to see. The cottage is brand new and very clean and comfortable. "The quiet relaxing cottage and area was what I need to escape the AZ heat for a week! Enjoyed taking my dog for walks on the beach and everyone was very friendly. The cottage was very clean and once I was able to get the WiFi connected it was a great place to get some work done while having the ocean view.
