Between hiking in the Schoodic Peninsula, visiting Bar Harbor, and soaking up the view from Cadillac Mountain, we loved swinging on the porch swing, having coffee on the front porch, and relaxing around the dinner table. "Thank you Desni & Steve. This was our second stay at Paradise In York and the name remains accurate. The area, the coast, the property, the house - are awesome. We loved cooking and communing in the open kitchen/dining area, playing music by the fire, walking the coast and beach, etc. Bedrooms/baths were all great, clean and well supplied. "11 fun fabulous women celebrating a birthday weekend. Plenty of room to sleep, clean, great location to walk downtown , beaches, Perkins cove and marginal way. Well stocked with linens, coffee, shampoo etc.. turnkey. We had a couple of small issues that were quickly addressed. Would stay here again. "

"Loved our visit to this log home. Very spacious and well equiped kitchen. Amazing views of the lake. Had everything you need for a nice relaxing trip with your family or group of friends. They give access to their canoe and kayaks. Theres a place to gather around a fire and a deck to enjoy the views and grill for your needs.Also an indoor fire place with plenty of wood available! "This is great place to stay near Acadia national parks. The house is in front of a beautiful lake, where you can watch sunrise from one of the Master Bedrooms. The property is very comfortable for our party and had more than enough space for our group of six. The Kitchen had utensils and condiments needed to cook for yourself. The house is in a rustic setting and on a dirt road, secluded and rustic. It will be hard to find the way to the home if you arrive after sunset. The property managers...
