A nice, clean location! Close to Sunday river too. It’s nice they do not require a two night stay

This is a nice little motel close to Sunday River. The price is reasonable and the rooms are clean. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear what goes on in the adjacent room. Will likely stay here again mainly due to the price and location.
Although there were some hiccups with the heating in our unit, staff, specifically Colin, was responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that myself and my family were well taken care of. Some of the best customer service we have ever experienced, including waking up early to ensure that the ground was properly salted in winter to ensure safe passage and frequent check-ins to ensure the quality of our experience.
Great place to stay close to Sunday river, and a 30 second walk to the 1888 barn venue next door. The room was clean and actually had antibacterial hand soap in the bathroom that no hotel ever has for some reason. Great water pressure in the shower as well as heat. The owners were present and friendly. I will be staying here again
I was sent a message saying I was in room 1 and that the door is unlocked and the key is inside. I showed up only to discover that someone else was already in the room. Strike 1. Then, I get sent to a different room and end up with the neighbors from heck on both sides of my room. They had the tv turned up so loud I could hear it through the walls. I holered to them to turn it down. They called the front desk and complained that I was yelling Strike 2. The front desk called me and threatened to kick me out. I told him why I hollered but he didn't care. So my complaint was totally dismissed. STRIKE 3 I will never stay here again and I don't recommend this terrible place to anyone. I left at 2 a.m.and will never go back.
The room had recently been remodeled and was really cute for a motel. The owners texted us as they said they would to tell us what to do upon arrival. It was a pleasant overnight stay.
The room is rather outdated but the clean place, the comfortable bedding, clear check in and check out instructions and the good communication with the staff makes up for it!
