"This is a quiet and well kept property. Plenty of room to find a quiet space to relax by the river. A private dock to launch a kayak, swim or tube. The view was great . All amenities for outdoor activities were setup like Volleyball and badminton. Also a nice fire pit with plenty of outdoor seating. Get your own wood . Tiki torches were set up but you have to bring your own fuel also. We brought our own kayak. The kitchen was equipped with all pans and utensils to cook and a great big grill...

"House was perfect - plenty of beds and areas to hang out together. Very nice kitchen and big dining table. Lake was frozen (should have brought skates!) - but looks like a great place to stay summer or winter. 15 minutes to Sunday River.Janna was very responsive to any questions we had. Top notch accommodations!"
