When I walked in, I was hit with a “wall” of curry in the air. I love curry, I don’t like a motel smelling like curry. There were shady characters in the motel on both occasions I dawned the doors of this place. I asked for a refund to no avail. AVOID THIS HOTEL!

It was fine just for the night. The floor looked like it was never washed. The house keeper envelope was gross and crusty. The one chair that was in the room, there was no way I was going to sit on it because it was so stained and it looked like it had boogers on the side of the chair.

Rude front desk night worker… spoke to me like I was a child, I’m 30. Woman working the morning shift was amazing. I’d return, hopefully the disrespect I was shown was just someone having a bad night.

My stay was terrible. room was located directly across from the check in desk & next to the room where the ice machine was. So everytime the ice machine was used you could hear it and anytime someone checked in you heard the entire conversation. There was a truck parked outside my window and the truck was loud and noisy so each time it started I heard it. I was told a soccer team was staying there the same night I was there so you couldn’t get near the breakfast area because it was so crowded. With breakfast starting at 6:00 I could hear everyone’s conversation because of how close I was, Between 11-12 o’clock Friday night a guest was arguing with a staff member. The argument became very loud making it difficult to sleep. Not an enjoyable stay after driving 6 1/2 hrs to get there. On a positive note the woman who was covering the front desk was apologetic when I told her of my experience and when I finally was able to get near the breakfast, the breakfast was closed as it ended at 9 and I got to it at 9:15. The desk clerk allowed me and my 96 yr old mom to get some yogurt and bagels and she turned the juice machine back on so we could have some juice and coffee. I give her a 10 out of 10 review, the cleanliness of the hotel a 9 out of 10 review but the location of the room a 1 out of 10. A one because I was on the 1st floor. when I booked the room i knew my 96 yr old mom wouldn’t beable to do the stairs so I asked for a room on the 1st flr,but the location was noisy and loud

The room was clean and nicely renovated. I think there was a restaurant on the second floor somewhere but I could not find it. lol. Not a bad place to stay for one night.

The hotel and staff were both just what I was looking for at the end of a long day of travel. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection and (most importantly!) tasty coffee! The only downside, which was not anything to do with the property itself, was some difficulty locating food for supper that was close at hand. Again, not a reflection on the property, more a lack of knowledge about the surrounding area on my part.

Hotel associate, Akia, reached out by text on Thursday, 9/26, if there is anything needed to just text her. Friday at 1:33am I woke up to loud blasting music. So loud that I also felt strong vibrations of the music thru the walls. I texted her the next morning and expected some sort of response / explanation what happened last night. But nothing from her. It was just an empty gesture on her part to say if there is anything I could text her. The sink was clogged and nasty odor throughout the hotel. Warning to all, to stay clear of this hotel. Don’t stay here at all !!!

Accessibility is a major concern. The front doors are not automatic and that’s fine but the key card reader is hard to reach when one is trying to balance luggage or a child while trying to open a hard front door and keep it open to let the luggage and child in. No elevator. One staircase at the end of the building so luggage carts are of no use. In case of fire it would take a long circuitous route to reach the stairs. Small room, very little space. Loud HVAC. Poor lighting and decor. Hard pillows with no replacements. Very small parking lots. Incorrectly marked arrows pointing one way and no exit. For this luxury we were charged $358 a night. Expedia has misleading reviews on this property.
