"The park across the street is a bit sketchy, but other than that it was a very nice experience. Lovely pool, excellent staff, One elevator was broken which was a bit inconvenient. Restaurants are very good, lovely lobby, concierge is wonderful. Our first stay in San Antonio and we enjoyed it. Also, great restaurants nearby, and the River Walk is an easy stroll. all in all, very very nice."

"The rooms size was great. Since it's historic it has wood floors, this caused the only issue. We could hear the neighbors walking around. We took our dogs and they were warmly greeted by the staff. The room we were in had two separate bedrooms with ensuites, an entryway/ living room, a full kitchen, and a single car carport! "

"Close to everything. Walkable. Just wasn't a fan of the clear bathroom door. If you stay with others that are not your partner sucks because you can see your nake silhouette through to the open concept of the room. So we would keep the light off to take a shower as an understanding to keep privacy. "
