"The hotel and room were amazing, we were totally impressed with the room. We had a few exceptions though. In the restaurant for breakfast, the first coffee brought was cold. The shower was an adventure. You would set the water to the temperature you wanted and then after a while, it went to scalding hot, then to total cold, then back to the original setting. Then it would repeat tje cycle. On of the beds had a corner that stuck out past the mattress and it was brutal!.I was able to knock a hole...

"Check in was easy on a busy day. Parking garage access through the valet right off the main road. Valet is included with overnight parking fee, unlimited in/out privileges. Front desk was right inside the garage doors with large, spacious, and beautiful lobby. All staff throughout our stay were helpful, polite, and active. Our room on the 5th floor was clean and very comfortable, it had everything we needed for the stay. The only downside was you could hear a lot of the street noise and hallway...

"Only bad thing I would really have to say is that they don't let you know there's a deposit we have to pay for every day we stay, and it's a high deposit. They should notify people as their booking about it. Wasn't able to really enjoy because the deposit we had to leave was our fun money. "

"This hotel really met our need for a weekend in San Antonio that was affordable and close to Sea World. If I had a complaint, it would be that breakfast stopped at 9. As we were on a weekend vacation, really didn't want to have to be up and dressed before 9, but guess that's on us. It was a good stay."

Front desk was right inside the garage doors with large, spacious, and beautiful lobby. All staff throughout our stay were helpful, polite, and active. Our room on the 5th floor was clean and very comfortable, it had everything we needed for the stay. The only downside was you could hear a lot of the street noise and hallway activity while in the room, not very quite. We were able to run the HVAC fan on high to take away some of the noise. Breakfast in the mornings were hot and plentiful, cocktail hour is a fantastic plus that everyone there enjoys. Quick access to the riverwalk level from the basement floor, there is however a 4-5 min walk to all the restaurants and bars. Always felt safe and being away from all the hustle when you come in and out of the hotel was nice. Rooftop sitting area with tables is a cool place to take your morning breakfast and coffee or drink in the evening for a lookout over the city. We had a wonderful weekend getaway in San Antonio and the Drury Plaza helped add to the experience."
