We were in town for a dance competition and when we let the staff know, they went out of their way to make it special for her with a personalized "good luck" note and cupcakes(her favorite) waiting for her in the fridge. Really made her feel special. Everything else about the hotel was okay, the beds in our room were a little on the small side making sharing with your spouse an elbow room challenge. Overall, it was a nice trip.
