"Everything was great.. the location, facilities and the staff. But ofcourse every thing has pros & cons. 2 things i was worried about and most of the reviews i read before booking. First was the waiting time for the elevator but it was solved by placing my room in the first floor where it was more convenient to use the stairs most of the time. Second was the size of the room, but since we were using the room for resting after a long day of sight seeing & shopping, it wasn't a big issue for us.. over all i recommend it 👍"

"Hotel Belleclaire is a unique heritage property with modern upgrades. Bed was very comfortable. The walls could use a few more pictures/paintings to warm the room up. Nice clean room. Our room had a view of a brick wall which wasn't ideall but we weren't there for the view from the room. Close to the subway so easy to get to other parts of the city. Short walk to Central Park. Lots of restaurants nearby. Didn't hear outside noise at night, just from the hallway when someone walked by. Didn't interact with staff much but they were pleasant and professional when we did. We didn't use the workout area. They have the world's smallest elevator! Maximum of three people at a time, not including luggage. I'd recommend this hotel. "

"When we checked in, the woman who checked us in asked if we wanted to know anything about the hotel. We responded no as I thought she wanted to give us a history of the hotel. She did not tell us what floor we were on, how to work our card with the elevator, wifi, nothing. "
