"Overall would recommend staying at the Arthouse! We loved the door holders and men who took care of our luggage needs. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Cafe and bar downstairs was wonderful. Only issue is that there was some miscommunication at the front desk. We asked for linen to be changed. They confirmed they would but it never happened. We were also told that we could do a late checkout by the front desk. Around 12 we went to checkout and they said our party was already checked...

"Beautiful building in a great location for access to all NYC fun. So lovely to have a tall ceiling and space in the room. The restaurant downstairs has great coffee and breakfast and the staff in the hotel are very friendly."
