"i did get a few cockroaches during my stay, there was a burn on the wall near the stove that scared me as a needed to use the stove in the kitchen it made me refrain from using so was difficult. there were no paper towels i had to buy some. Stated on Vrbo that you had a blow dryer so i did not bring mine and there was not one to be found. Dishwasher took three tries to use and looks as though the door itself to it was broken upon arrival. Getting the key in such a weird position didn’t feel safe...

"I usually do not leave reviews, but I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place in NYC that is close to Time square (a 2-block walk), and basically close to all the site seeing places, Broadway, restaurants, Rockafella Center, Empire State building, etc. The property is a typica small NYC apartment, so it is big enough for a couple, 3-4 adults, or a small family with 2 kids. The place was very clean, shower with hot and had great water pressure, kitchen with all yours needs...

"This apt was exactly what we needed. We are from out of town visiting NYC. The place was spacious and spotless. The subway was a very short walk away. There were convenience stores and restaurants very close. I will look to book the place again! Thank you Jon for your quick responses :)"

"Amazing views! This a great condo to spend your time in NYC. Easy walking distance to Times Square and the subway. Has everything you need to cook and is very close to coffee shops and other restaurants. The best part, however, is the great city views both day and night. "

"This apartment was very easy to find, on the first floor, which made it super easy to get and out of, and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Location was super for walking wherever we wanted to go. And access to the subway was close enough to make even those sites farther away more accessible. "This apartment is perfect for people looking to explore NYC, having a good place to sleep in a convenient location away from the city buzz. Amazing location in a good neighborhood, walking distance to a bus stop that drops you off at NY bus terminal. It’s no more than 30 minutes door to door. "We enjoyed our time and this property was very close to subways and Central Park! We were a family of 7 and we fit fine! The bathroom seemed a little dirty on the floor upon arrival and found a few hairs around the bathroom. Other than that it was a great spot! We would stay here again! "

"The location could not be better! 3 blocks from MTA stop and 1 train that will take your right into Times Square for transfers or all the way to South Ferry station. We used the subway exclusively - no taxies or ride shares - and got everywhere we wanted to be.The apartment worked great for 4, but would be a stretch for more, There are very few steps, so easy access even for those with some mobility issues.
