"This place was wonderful! Such nice decor, everything was comfy, we wish it could be our summer home! Although it was way too cold to enjoy the deck, it was so nice. Probably the best private rental we have ever stayed in. The neighborhood had everything you'd need nearby and the ubers were cheap to the convention center. Easy to check in, it was great!"

"We had a great stay here over the holidays while in PA to see family. The space was comfortable and large. Parking was easy and Dave responded quickly to our questions and provided everything we needed to be comfortable. We did not really use the kitchen so can’t speak to the appliances but it was a good size and had what we needed. "This place was great! Clean, lots of great color and decorating, full shared kitchen with high end appliances. I should mention that there are stairs and no elevator which I didn't mind but just something to be aware of. Overall great experience "

"I took my boyfriend to Philadelphia to check out Lincoln Mill haunted house for Valentines day. I booked a room and I found this one. It was a great price for the weekend. We explored Fishtown and the food was amazing around the area. We did not like the parking situation but the host does explain that when you boo.
