"Leaving this hotel was hard because it was perfect in every way. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We fell in love with Vienna and walked the city daily but still wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities like the sauna at the hotel. "Our superior bedroom had hugh bed and very comfortable to sleep on. Quiet location and local supermarket "Billa" is within 5 minutes walk. Walking distance to underground. But the room carpet is disgusting with lots of stain and greasy around dressing table. Luckily I bought a pair fitflop to walk around. The shower head is broken, riser can't adjust the height. "A fabulous hotel in an excellent location. Near to the large market, museums, cafés and bars, also the underground was very close too, plus lots of high street shops within walking distance.
