"There is no front desk, there is no check in and you can’t speak with anyone. The man who ran a cafe across the street took pity on me and helped me. The room was supposed to be ready at 3 and it wasn’t. Because there was no front desk and no where to store my luggage, I waited around and wasted half of my day. Terrible. "

"The 3 day stay included no personal touch. Mostly email communication. The door needed to be opened by calling a number, which was frustrating because i did not have an austrian number. The location is convenient and the place was clean. The bath area was tiny. The bathroom flush did not function well. This is more hostel suite than hotel level. "
