Officially the quietest hotel we've ever stayed in - once in our rooms we literally heard nothing from outside it. The room was nice, clean etc. We were there for 4 days and no one came to clean which was unexpected but equally not really an issue. Staff were all friendly. Location was ok for us as we like walking but it is quite a distance from anywhere. No restaurants nearby, we got caught out one evening when we returned back late from watching the Ice Hockey and couldn't find anywhere to get food - couldn't even get anything delivered!

The hotel is nicely located away from the busy centre, there is a U bahn station around a 5 minute walk away so you have easy access to all of Vienna, the hotel is very clean and trendy, lots of unique art around the hotel, which we witnessed a young lady doing in the lobby. Fantastic hotel with some great features and great coffee, highly recommended! The hotel also had youtube and netflix access which is a great bonus!

Excellent hotel. Close to everything by tram or foot. Room was clean bed was comfortable. Only minor negative was that you can't control the heating as that is done centrally but the windows open.

I loved this property and all of the staff! the stay was amazing! however because of the cold weather, the heater was on pretty strong and it was very hot in the room so i swear a lot and it affected my sleep, but other then that it was amazing!

This hotel was close to the city transport so was easy to get into the centre of vienna. This was a very comfortable hotel with good quality breakfast.

I had a great 2-night stay at the Rioca. The room was large, exceedingly clean and very comfortable. The room was also very quiet, with double glazing and I assume good internal insulation. It provided easy walking access to the university and other offices in the locality. As I had no luggage, it was a pleasant 30-minute walk from the CAT airport train station in the city to the hotel.
