"Our superior bedroom had hugh bed and very comfortable to sleep on. Quiet location and local supermarket "Billa" is within 5 minutes walk. Walking distance to underground. But the room carpet is disgusting with lots of stain and greasy around dressing table. Luckily I bought a pair fitflop to walk around. The shower head is broken, riser can't adjust the height. The most disappointed is breakfast bar. We had Sunday leftover fresh fruit because pineapple and apple turned brown. Cucumber was dry....

"Good location, clean, good size room. Helpful and nice staff. Not 5 stars indeed - toiletries were missing except hand soap, mini fridge didn’t work, no coffee maker, AC was blowing into our face at night and the summer blankets were too thick and hot. We needed a place for three people so the choice was very limited. If one needs a place to sleep and continue to explore Vienna this hotel is good for the purpose. "

"The hotel is in a really good location, easy to walk around and close to the metro. The staff were all very nice. The only issue I had was my room window curtain. My room was near the hallway, and every time someone walked past, the hallway lights would come on. My room’s window curtains weren't thick enough to block the light, so I kept getting woken up. "

"Decent hotel but the street is infested with honeless people. They are annoying and will follow you to the hotel. When we mentioned that to the receptionist, she didn’t do anything, other than mentioning that we could call the police. Room was ok. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as there are multiple food options on the same street, all decent quality and delicious.
