"Beautifully decorated, unique hotel. Good area. Helpful staff. Rooms had a bit too much stuff in them for the space, but quite nice. On Expedia, the hotel is advertised as having a restaurant and lounge, but the restaurant is very full and difficult to access without advance reservations - run as a separate operation from the hotel. We were travelling as a group of 6 and it was disappointing not to have a lounge or bar to meet in while relaxing at the hotel before or after going out. But...

"This is a terrible place to stay, we booked the room since it was in a good location but the rooms and services were terrible, The virtual checkin is a terrible experience. No response from the staff, wrong check in information and response. The number is not responding and we had to check in after 2 hours of waiting "

"Our superior bedroom had hugh bed and very comfortable to sleep on. Quiet location and local supermarket "Billa" is within 5 minutes walk. Walking distance to underground. But the room carpet is disgusting with lots of stain and greasy around dressing table. Luckily I bought a pair fitflop to walk around. The shower head is broken, riser can't adjust the height. The most disappointed is breakfast bar. We had Sunday leftover fresh fruit because pineapple and apple turned brown. Cucumber was dry....

"We came to Vienna to get some Christmas vibes and enjoy the Christmas markets. The Hotel Anatol is located pretty close to the center of Vienna and walkable distance to shopping street. Our room was comfortable, warm and clean, the only thing that I would mention if you are from USA, bring or buy an adapter for 120 v otherwise you will able to charge your device only in a bathroom. The staff is welcoming and friendly, a front desk works 24 hours and it wasn’t any problem to check out at 3.30 ....

"A little bit far from city center, but there is a big station nearby, which was convenient. Shared rooms did not have bunk bed, which was very nice. There were many extension cord all over the place in the middle of the room because power plugs were not sufficient. People tripping all the time."
