Staff were really friendly and approachable & helped make my partners birthday special! Hotel is less than 5 minutes walking distance from Vienna central station and also has tram and bus stops right outside so very convenient for a weekend stay! Excellent hotel. Great location. Near the palace. Near the tram stop for easy access to central Vienna ( 4mins in the tram) staff fabulous. Lovely clean hotel and cleaned and restocked with water every day.
