When we mentioned that to the receptionist, she didn’t do anything, other than mentioning that we could call the police. Room was ok. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. "Very easy and all online check-in experience. Room keys are sent via their mobile app for check-in and uses Bluetooth. Salon area is nice and all day access to coffee is great. The room was comfortable and amenities provided are great. Wi-Fi was mostly good (few instances where speeds slowed) but stable the full trip."
