altes Mehrfamilienhaus mit vielen priv. Wohneinheiten, direkt neben einer stark befahrenen Eisenbahntrasse- daher sehr laut bis spät in der Nacht und schon sehr früh am Morgen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG, und ist über einen Aufzug und Treppenhaus( sehr schmutzig wg. Sanierungsarbeiten) zu erreichen. Gute Ausstattung. Wände verschmutzt, Toilette bei Ankunft verunreinigt und Toilettendeckel lose, das Bad ist wg. Schimmel in der Dusche und abgeplatzter Wandfarbe dringend renovierungsbedürftig.In der Küche waren noch viele Spuren von Vormietern (Kühlschrank, Brotreste im Schrank und schmutziges Geschirr) zu finden. Es stellt sich die Frage weshalb hier eine Endreinigung erhoben wird.

Das Apartement war sehr groß, mit Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle. Lediglich das Bad wäre renovierungsbedürftig, ist aber sauber. Personal gibt es nicht. Wer zahlt bekommt einen Code für das Wohnungsschloss. Die Reinigunsgebühr ist für Kurzaufenthalte zu hoch

Alles perfekt
Perfekte Lage mit Öffi-Haltestelle 2 Minuten entfernt. Das Apartment hat in beiden Räumen einen großen Flachbildfernseher, im Wohnzimmer steht sogar eine Bose-Anlage für Audio-Stream über WLAN. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und edel modern eingerichtet. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir, dass es gratis Mineralwasser, eine Flasche Wein, Kaffee und Tee gibt.
