"Good hotel, great location near the city center and public transport to the airport. The botanical garden is right next door as is the Belvedere and its spacious grounds. Well equipped and clean rooms. The front desk people could be a bit more friendly but, overall, it’s been a good experience. I have been coming to this hotel for years and will continue to do so. "

"We thought the setting in its own alley was unique but poor timing on our part meant we arrived whilst extensive external repairs were underway. That said hotel was quiet and comfortable and staff very attentive. Would stay again"

"A lovely hotel, well connected by train and tram to the airport, and perfectly situated for many of the city’s sights, being just a 10-15 minute walk from the state opera house. Our room was large, modern, and well equipped, and breakfast offered a great variety of both hot and cold, and sweet and savoury options. Reception staff were also very friendly hand helpful. We would definitely stay again"

"Very smart hotel staff were efficient and friendly and the rooms were large well equipped and clean. We took the option of breakfast which was fresh and plentiful with a very good choice. The hotel is located about 20- 30 minute walk to the old town and very close to the Belvedere palace. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Vienna it is very close to the train station for very easy access to the airport."

"Their buffect was great just my second best, of course from another Intercontinental Hotel, easy access to metro, and "walkable distance" to the main shopping street, so excellent!, would definetly repeat the stay, no need to look for another Hotel."

"The hotel room was excellent (we had standard rooms) , staff very helpful and friendly and the hotel bars and restaurants were good. 8th floor had wonderful views across Vienna. It was also very convenient- could walk easily to the city centre and the major sites. "

"The hotel is a little dated, but everything in the room was spotless and worked well. I liked the firm mattress, but the pillows and duvets were very flimsy. Breakfast was good and had lots of options, even for the picky eaters in our group. "
