The kitchen staff was also amazing—Sergio is fantastic, and Rosie, who cooks in the evenings, is absolutely wonderful. Her meals are always comforting and delicious, and she brings such a kind, personal touch to every evening. David is another standout—he keeps everything on the property in top-notch shape, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. And I have to give a special shout-out to Ashley, who helped me when I was having computer issues for work. She went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed, and her kindness and patience made a big difference during a stressful moment. "Loved staying at Sonesta Simply Suites! The staff was unbelievably kind and accommodating and the price was very affordable. It’s about 29 minutes away from RTC but well worth a bit of a longer drive than other places to save some money and stay somewhere nice. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Norfolk! "
