"The hotel staff are very friendly , the rooms are decent and spacious, we had a lovely little balcony. The food options are good and I was particularly impressed with the delicious Christmas Eve dinner. Lots of entertainment in the evening till 11 pm. It was safe for the family and fun for the adults. I would stay in the same hotel again "

"Hard Rock Vallarta will always be our go to in PVR. The music, the activities, the food, the drinks, the room, the beach….all phenomenal!! Special call out to Isrreal who went out of his way to take care of us around the pool, to Samuel who is someone we alway look forward to seeing when we visit and not to mention his amazing team that always takes the best care of us. I seriously can’t say enough! Stay here! "

"The hotel is very clean and the room was nice. The location feels very safe and is great for walking to town. The beach had vendors that would ask you once or twice if you wanted something but then left you alone. The food is alright, I can always find something to eat. The staff take this hotel from good to great!! The service is unreal!!!"

"The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and pool, especially at sunset. The walk to the beach isn’t too bad, but since you have to go through the other resort, there aren’t areas where you can sit and order food as they belong to the surrounding all-inclusive resorts (unless you pay a day fee). The hotel as a whole is great and we’d stay there again. "
