"The hotel is 15 minutes away from JR Tsusuhashi station, but a short walk to the main street to catch the taxi. The room is clean, but no window & no e-clock in the room, so you don't know whether day or night when you are in the room. No communication with hotel staff, just check in via camera."

"The hotel is very tired and the room smelt strongly of old tobacco smoke despite being a ‘smoke-free’ room. The window was bordered up so you couldn’t even open it for fresh air. The linen was clean and the cups/cutlery were packaged so we’re safe to use but the room was a bit dusty and tired. The lady that we met was amazing, she did our breakfast which was very sweet and served to our room at our requested time, she offered us her umbrella to borrow and also kept our luggage until we collected...
