"The property was great, breakfast option while basic was sufficient. The rooms while the usual Japanese small were modern and cleaned daily. I found the staff very unhelpful. We wanted to forward our bags to our next destination and after asking on 3 occasions and being told it would be a delay of 1 week I called the luggage company directly who confirmed my suspicions. "Good location in terms of Universal studios - a bit of a hike to the front gate, like ~15 min walk with kids. Surrounds are not very interesting and there isn’t much else there. We walked / took the free ferry over to the area around the aquarium which we and our kids enjoyed but it does take a while. The hotel is very good and the themed rooms are a bit of fun.
