"Candeo is an excellent hotel, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station. It also offers a Limousine bus service to Osaka area airports at 8:00 am, 11:00 am, and 3:00 pm. Kids especially enjoy staying here. The rooms are fantastic, featuring beautiful city views. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, though it doesn’t have a dresser if you're traveling with a lot of clothes; there’s space for 2-3 pieces of luggage. I stayed in an Executive room, which was great because it included access to the Executive Lounge. The lounge is open from 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm and can be enjoyed with friends and family. The lounge offers a selection of gin, vodka, and Japanese whiskey, while kids can enjoy apple and orange juices, sparkling soda, and tonic water. There’s also a variety of cookies, snacks, a cheese board, and cold cuts like salami and ham. The sauna area is a highlight, featuring cold and warm sitting pools for a relaxing sauna experience."

"Breakfast buffet was very good and had a varied menu; with a registration desk and lobby on the 2nd floor, this made check-in and check-out with large luggage inconvenient; registration staff who spoke limited English, made acquiring eating and travel suggestions somewhat difficult; however, staff was always patient and respectful "

"I liked how there was an onsen and a 7 eleven in the hotel. It was a convient location "

"The restaurant was closed when we arrived. The nearest restaurant was a few blocks away. Airport is built on an island with a freeway bridge connecting it to the mainland. Taxi was $28 to hotel a couple miles away. Hotel floor plan is confusing making it challenging to find your room. Staff is helpful and responsive. Room is clean. We had a diagonal pillar on one side of the bed so it was like having a wall so we couldn't walk on that side of the bed. "
