Very kind receptionists, which is much appreciated especially after a long day of travel. Having a washer/dryer combo in the room is a great amenity and very appealing for both business and recreational trips. Lovely facility in the heart of Chuo/Ginza and great access to the Higashi-Ginza and Ginza stations.
