Wonderful experience!!! Next to the fish market and plenty to eat even at night. Hotel staff are super friendly and very clean room!! This is our second time staying here. Highly recommended!!

One of the worse hotel service I have ever stayed. Incident 1 - I made my reservation thru Agoda. Supposed to pay 23rd Dec 2359 but Agoda cancelled my booking at 9pm due to a change in my credit card. 1) I called Tosei hotel to check if they can reinstate my booking. I was told to call Agoda to put up the request. They said nothing to do with their system. 2) I then called Agoda. They put me on hold for 25 mins as they said they need to seek the approval from the hotel. Came back telling me Tosei rejected the request. They Told Agoda I have to book direct thru them. Which cost double of what I have paid in Agoda. 3) Tosei hotel- knowing that you would reject the request, why still bother asking me to call Agoda? I am overseas. You are totally wasting my time. Incident 2- 1) after I checked in, 30 mins later , your guy ask me to call Expedia to verify my full name. I have changed my name through the apps and it would be updated into the system. Why still insist I have to make IDD calls instead of verifying through my apps? Incident 3. I would like to check for luggage transport. Counter said they don’t do and they don’t know how to do it. then I ask for alternatives if they know UBER XL in Japan can fit big luggages. He replied me “we don’t provide such service” Tosei hotel- is this the kind of service you can do for your customers? No doubt your room is spacious and clean but your service is utterly disappointing.

The staff are really hospitable, helpful, and always caring. It is a wonderful spot, with windows looking out on the old Tsukiji fish market. You can get free coffee whenever you need it. There is an absolutely charming reading room/lounge for you to use if you need to wait before or after checking in or out, or if you just want to enjoy the books and reading materials there. This is my second visit, and I hope to have the chance to return.

호텔 시설, 직원 친절도, 룸 컨디션 모두 흠잡을곳 없이 정말 좋습니다. 다음에 와도 아마 여기에서 묵을듯 합니다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은.. 아마 특정국가 단체손님을 받는거 같은데 이분들이 떼로 몰려다니면서 복도에서도 로비에서도 사우나 내에서도 시끄럽게 떠들어대서 짜증이 날때가 있습니다. 이건 호텔측 잘못이 아니니 최고의 리뷰 납깁니다

위치는 츠키지 시장 바로 옆인데 시끄럽지 않고 깔끔한 길에 있습니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 좋고 조식도 싸진 않지만 훌륭합니다. 직원들 서비스도 아주 만족스럽습니다. 하네다 공항 통해서 왔는데 지하철 타고 히가시긴자역에서 내려서 오니 약 10분쯤 걸은거 같습니다. 담에 와도 다시 묵을 의사 있습니다

Our housekeeper is awesome. We stayed in room 618. She gave us new towels, makes our bed, and provides what we need in our room daily without having to put the “clean my room” sign. The location is perfect!!! The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Not only is the location right in front of the Tsukiji Market, the subway stations are walking distance and the area is quiet and peaceful after hours.

Great location rught next to Tsuchiji maket. Loved the onsen public bathhouse. Great breakfast with lots of options--even had salmon sashimi and other fresh seafood options. The staffs were kind and accommodating. The rooms were a bit small but that’s not uncommon in Tokyo. Overall, very happy with the stay.

Safe hotel and cool location right next to Tsukiji market, and walking distance to Ginza shopping areas. Rooms were also generous size and very clean.

Was not a 3 star hotel even, the only good thing is hotel at a good location of the food market. Now so clean, room so small, I had to upgrade my room after finding out the basic room too small, they ripped me off for upgrading. The room was dirty I see hair at the coffee cup area. Not so Japanese standard.
