"Although the check-in was easy and the front agent was very pleasant, I made the reservation for a room with 2 Queen bed plus the sofa bed for 5 adults. However, the room we got only had one King sized bed plus a sofa bed. When I called the front, the agent said all the rooms were sold out and since I booked the room using the third party, there wasn’t anything she could do about it.
