"The Rido Hotel is situated in one of the most desirable spots in all of Taipei, directly across from Da’an Park. In addition to being a hub of activity for Taipei residents of all ages and stages, it boasts well maintained paths through beautiful ficus groves and flower beds, past a pond that is home to dozens of water fowl. This spot is also less than 10 minutes to the popular and lively Yongkang district, with shops, restaurants, and street life. The staff at the Rido were especially gracious and accommodating. Their standard of customer service is high. Lastly, the hotel boasts a neoclassical style of design and appointments. The bed was very comfortable, the room very spacious, and the bathroom downright cavernous, with a shower stall and jacuzzi tub. "

"There was no need to have the towels changed every day. So nice to have the self laundry service. The location was very convenient to go anywhere with the public transportation stations and bus stop nearby. "

"This hotel is very convenient, very near to train station. There are many eating place near the hotel as well. Hotel does not have breakfast, but you get 10% off on weekday and 5% off your total bill on weekend at Swenson, which is in the hotel for hotel guests. Price for breakfast set are very reasonable and big portion. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Bibby, the concierge guy, always smiling and helpful. Appreciate and please reward his great service. There is another man staff at the front desk who is also very helpful who i would like to thanks him for his great service too. We are on the king room, Room are spacious, clean and comfortable. I will stay in this hotel again if i go back to Taipei. Our room face Taipei 101 with full view."

"We travelled to Taiwan Taipei in March 2025 and stayed about 10 days in Madison Hotel. As soon as our taxi approaching the main entrance, the door man was out helping us with the luggage. The front desk was very friendly. The room was super clean and spacious. The most important thing is that it was quiet in the room even though the hotel is on a busy street. The price is reasonable compares to the other same stars hotels. I can see why this hotel is a Michelin Guide recommended. I will stay there again next time when I go back to Taipei."
