Very friendly and accommodating staff, takes your concerns very seriously and fixes it right away., from reception to managers, to the dinning personnels… very impressive! Highly recommends it! We’re Coming back for sure!

Beautiful hotel in Taipei, clean, comfortable bed. The size of the room was great. Great buffet, we also enjoyed the rooftop pool. Will come back.

The entire hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The daily fruit platter in our room hit the spot every time. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff were very nice and friendly. The views from the rooftop pool were beautiful. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back.
