Although there were written instructions on how to adjust the temperature, it didn’t work and when housekeeping came to show us, it was different from the written instructions. Also probably note that some rooms have windows that face the “courtyard”, i.e no outdoor view. "

"It’s an amazing and beautiful hotel, centrally located and close to shops, restaurants, mass transit and walking distance to 101 Taipei. Our room overlooked 101 Taipei, very clean with very modern amenities. The staff were fantastic, so pleasant, polite, extremely efficient and helpful. We don’t get this kind of treatment in any of the Hilton hotels in the U.S. My only comment is that we wish they serve regular menu for dinner and not just buffet. We ended up eating at the Bar restaurant for 2 nights. Buffet breakfast had large selections of foods and all were very good. Overall, we enjoyed and loved our stay and wish we stayed longer than 2 nights. "
