"Dust on the headboard and minibar shelf. Be noted late check out costs $300/hr. Free coffee anytime in the business lounge. Staff were friendly and professional. But doorman could be better trained in taking your luggage before sending you to the distant carpark."

"Liked hotel, close to TRA. The room was spacious, However, there is only one hook with 3 hangers in the entire room. No shelfs or drawers to put/hang anything. Literally had to live out of my suitcase for the 4 days we stayed there. No hooks in bathroom either to hang clothes. The bathtub design is lacking that water will drip out to floor when showering. The use of free laundry machine was a bonus. Loved the location of hotel as it is very convenient for travelling on buses and train."

"Really beautiful area.....nice and natural...yet, the morning's peace was broken, disturbed by a "blower". These machines create slot of unhealthyness in the air and they are very detrimental to one's health. Due to the pollution that these blowers create, I could not enjoy my breakfast in the beautiful garden outside and had to gulf down a few bites inside.. I request the owners to only use the blowers when the guests have left."

"We were wowed by Aeris the first time we stayed there a few years ago. Everything seemed new, spotless and comfortable. This time, although it was still a comfortable stay, we noticed our room looked more aged. The room we stayed in had a carpet with stains and windows that needed thorough cleaning on the outside. The elevators are also small and slow, but that has been our experience in most of Taiwan. Other than the things noted above, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The soundproofing...
