I asked the hotel to take care of my guests. I even left a cell phone. Then when my friends arrived with their 12 years old daughter, they charged them $1000 per night extra, without calling me 1st. I booked the hotel through Expedia. I did specify it is for a couple and a 12 years old. I know mistakes happens. But I did tell the hotel there are my quests from Hong Kong pls make them feel home and call me with issue. It's bas customer service

Dahu Park Hotel is a very modern and cutting edge facility. I like their cleanliness and the location is perfect for me. It is also environmental conscious where they don't give out bottle waters. They do in have a decent restaurant on prem. Daily breakfast buffet offers variety of items from croissant to porridge with pairing dishes. The staff is always courteous and professional. I will come back.

Unprofessional staff. Breakfast should be included but they can’t find the details and deny. Bad design of bathroom with water leaking after shower and weak power in USB charger port. My experience here wasn’t great. When taking a shower, the hot water kept turning hot and cold. I was planning to take a bath but the water coming out of the bath was at a trickle (which I think they did on purpose). The rooms are quite big and the beds are clean. I would not come back.
