You can do everything in the hotel: hot spring in the room, multi-temperature spa (complete with feet nibbling fish pool), lap pool, not to mention the restaurants. Walking distance to most of local eateries and hot spring parks.

Room is clean and look new. Like the bath tub that can be filled up quickly within 3 mins. Like the warm water outdoor pools, there are many pools that can accommodate many at one time. The breakfast is sumptuous and impressive with abundance of variety of foods, and the taste is good. Unfortunately, I checked in late, did not have time to experience the roof top onsen.

We’d a great time during our stay in the hotel. We ‘re celebrating my mom’s birthday and we entered the room with big surprises when we saw all the balloons, cute towel folding animals and hand written birthday card. We got a birthday cake and a box of moon cakes. Besides, the yoga class and cookie DIY were all recommended!

Fabulous
The service was impeccable. The resort is fabulous. They have shuttle service you can reserve to take you to a few places within radius. Family friendly. Well organized. The hotel guests that stay there are lots of family and well mannered. Very relaxing. Allowed you to use their facility on check in day and check out day before room is ready and after checked out of the room. Will stay again.

The staff are with great hospitality, very helpful and polite. The shampoo and conditioner are so so, and the size is small so need to request more from front desk. The spa is excellent! The dinner buffet is excellent too definitely recommend to add the dinner when you book

This was a very nice property but I had thought it was going to be 5-stars (western standards). The staff was mixed. Nice front desk but less nice recreation area and hot spring front desk. Overall the facility was a bit tired but the springs were nice and the buffet was quite large and varied. The rooms were clean modern and spacious.

1. Check-in procedure is poor. When we checked in, we're told to wait until somebody calls to get the room key. After 3 p.m, the official check-in time, nobody called. I had to go remind the service person who obviously didn't know what's going on. 2. After check-in, I went to the gym and was told there's no towel left. After using the treadmill, I used the towel used by somebody before to clean the machine. 3. Supplies in the refrigerator were great. Spa facilities were excellent. Swimming pool was so crowded that I gave up going in.
