"Hotel staff are simply 100% friendly and do everything they can to make sure we (customers) are well served. A couple of times their on-site washers & dryers broke, they were able to have them repaired ASAP. This particular FX hotel, to me, is at the best location to shop, to eat, to take MRT and to take care of my mom's matters 👍"

"Nice decoration for the house and rooms. Clean rooms though there may be insects outside the house. Little bit inconvenience for the room on the ground floor because the bedroom and bathroom are separated. The ventilation of the bathroom can be improved since there no fan in it. Hostel boss willing to take me from the hostel to train station and from train station to hostel everyday which offset the disadvantage of the distance between the hostel and station.
