"Stayed one night with 2 kids. Like: Butler service was a ring away and were very helpful and attentive to our needs. One of the best indoor pool with a view in Toronto. Could improve: they need attention to detail for taking extra efforts for some surprise or goodies or something for kids. I expect this from a 5 star hotel where we have received many surprise elements elsewhere. "

We travelled with our two kids, and the hotel was fantastic with them all the way through. They especially enjoyed the cookies left in our room to decorate! The location was great, with most things just a short walk away! "
