"We loved this property. Communication was great. The cabin is cozy and so cute. We had everything we needed and we're created with a very thoughtful snack basket waiting for us. On our first night a really bad storm took down a tree and (unfortunately) the dish. We were able to use wifi to watch TV. The location is remote- perfect to unwind and reset."

"My mother has fought cancer for the last few years. This year it came back in her lungs. She took a couple of weeks off from treatment to give her body a break and relax. This cabin provided the most perfect place for her to rest and enjoy the mountain air. Not to mention my father and I are lovers of the mountains as well. Dan and Shayla were the perfect hosts, great commutation and very kind. The cabin was beautifully decorated and clean. We had a fabulous stay. "

"This cabin was perfect for me, my husband and sister-in-law to stay. We had our coffee on the porch each morning with the sound of the creek right beside the house, and enjoyed a fire in the fire pit each evening. We went to Andrews and rode and rail bikes one day and went to Bryson City and went tubing the next day. Great trip. perfect location. We will be back! "

"Recently booked a 3 night trip for me and my 19yr old twins. Firstly the road to the lodge is just wide enough for a single car and is at a steep 50-60° angel. The is a drop straight off the edge, no where to pull over. I drive a new SUV, we were coming down and a car was coming up the road and we had to reverse on icy gravel at 60°. It was a nightmare. "We loved this place. This large mountain house that overlooks a gorgeous lake is wonderful. The lake is low this time of year but it still didn’t deter the beauty of the lake surrounded by mountains. We loved everything about this house.
