We enjoyed our stay here. We had adjoining rooms for a large family, and it was perfect. We were close to Cherokee without having to stay in that part of town. The staff was very nice and friendly. We could not have had a better place for a short stay.

The only complain that I have is: it's a smoke free hotel but someone was smoking and the odor in the hallway was bad. Otherwise it was impressive and I'd stay again in the future.

The place was very clean, staff were pleasant and responsive. There were no elevators and the front desk offered help to get our bags to our room. They also gave treat bags to my granddaughters, who were riding the Polar Express. Would definitely stay again. Excellent experience!
