"Cozy cabin on Nantahala Lake with great view. We loved the hot tub, pool table, ping pong and especially the outdoor fireplace with tons of firewood. Lex, the owner, was so kind and helpful, great communication made check-in a breeze. We had a short walk to the lake and marina for boat rental. We had to leave a day early due to family member in hospital and Lex generously offered to compensate us for our full time. You will love your stay at Lex’s cabin, he will make sure of it. "

"A planned weekend away from the hustle and bussle of work life. We hiked on part of the Appalachian Trail, to experience Wayah Bald, Wesser Fire Tower and saw many waterfalls. Franklin is one of our favorite places to visit. The locals are extremely nice. There is so much to see and do. We are actually looking forward to becoming transplants to Franklin one day in the future. "

"Our trip was amazing. The beautiful home and furnishing were comfortable. We cooked everynight enjoying doing that together too. We were a little early for the marina to open up and the Resturant We took our little dog she loved all the outdoors. The beds, pillow sheets and towels or very high quality. We even spoke with the service staff, Aaron ask if there was something he could do for us and I suggested a crockpot. The next day he delivered us a new crookpot. That was way above what I expected. We even were blessed with snow. Some of our family don't get to see snow much we live in a warmer part of the country. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The magnificent views from all the decks were breathtaking. If you are looking for a quite comfortable and clean place to stay consider The Lake Ends Cabin."

"I had friends from Michigan and Alabama meet up here. The cabin was amazing, so many features that just made our stay top notch. The view in the master was beautiful. Sitting out by the fire pit was very comfortable. The only thing we had a problem with was the driveway because we had 2 F250's, one with a trailer... It was a tight squeeze, but other than that, I would highly recommend"

"We loved this property. Communication was great. The cabin is cozy and so cute. We had everything we needed and we're created with a very thoughtful snack basket waiting for us. On our first night a really bad storm took down a tree and (unfortunately) the dish. We were able to use wifi to watch TV. The location is remote- perfect to unwind and reset."

"I was in town on business working a wedding, and rented this cabin for me, my employee, my husband, and 2 kiddos to stay in. It was only 6 minutes away from the Nantahala Weddings venue, and not a far drive to grocery stores and restaurants! Having a short commute made it so easy to maximize my family time before having to head off for work. Glenn had a welcome s’more kit waiting for us which we loved, and the large sectional couch was incredibly comfortable. This is perfect for a long weekend family getaway! Will definitely book again when back in the area."

"The pictures do not do this beautiful home the justice it deserves! We were wowed when we walked through the door. The living space was so cozy and inviting. The kitchen gives an old charm with seemingly original cabinetry. Each bedroom was spacious and cheerful. The main floor bedroom is accessible for those with disabilities and they are also able to use all the amenities including the back porch/ deck, which was such a nice feature for our family. The view of Lake Nantahala is spectacular from the expansive back deck. We appreciated the nice array of snacks at welcome and the wonderful flexibility of the owners. We felt so at home and we plan to visit again and even make this place an annual family tradition!"
