"The Tapoco Lodge is absolutely beautiful and the staff was amazing. The cabin we stayed in felt like everything was antique but somehow still new. My only complaint was that Expedia allowed me to book it as a pet-friendly room when the actual room I chose wasn’t pet-friendly. The Tapoco honored the reservation anyway and took care of us. They were terrific. My wife is already asking if we can stay here again. "

"The staff were very friendly, when I was looking for some decaf coffee at night, she led me into the cafeteria to get some coffee. The location was great, just right off the highway for our passing through stop. The surrounding was very quiet, clean and well kept. The room is good size. The bedding was clean, but the sofa has a slight rip (which we didn't use) the fan was a little loud during the night, otherwise it workef well. The bathtub was not very clean, I noticed other people's hair...
